The AGM 2013 – Agenda
The Society’s AGM will be held at The Savage Club, housed in the premises of the National Liberal Club at 1, Whitehall Place, London, SW1, at around 8.00pm.
The main business of the AGM is the adoption of Accounts, setting the Annual Subscription and the election of Officers and Council Members.
Members of the Society may propose alternative candidates for the Council vacancies: any such nominations, duly seconded, should be sent to reach David Jones at The North Wing, Groton Place, Groton Street, Groton, Boxford, Sudbury, CO10 5EE Suffolk. (audav@hotmail.co.uk) not later than 9th May.
Any Member wishing to raise an item under ‘Any Other Business’ is asked to give a minimum of one week’s written notice to David Jones at the address noted above.
