The society produces the following:
- Society Publications
Over the years the Society has published a number of booklets and publications, many of which are available in our Shop. - The Society Journal
The Sherlock Holmes Journal is published twice a year, usually in June and December. It is the official voice of the Society and contains its transactions, news and reviews, letters and editorial notes. It is also home to the most erudite scholarship, publishing learned articles from Holmesians world-wide who have something to say on any aspect of Sherlock Holmes and his world. It has been appearing without a break since the first issue in May 1952. - The District Messenger
The District Messenger, the newsletter of the Sherlock Holmes Society of London, began as the Society’s “Grapevine Service” in 1982. The aim was to inform interested parties of forthcoming Holmesian plays and other events. The DM still does that – as well as covering films, radio and TV programmes, reviewing books, and much more! - Podcasts
The Society has assisted with the production of a number of great Sherlock Holmes podcasts.
