The Sherlock Holmes Society of London is looking for Sherlockian art to grace the front of the annual Christmas Card for 2020!
Christmas Cards have been produced by the Society since 1953. In the past we commissioned artwork, utilised images from the Strand and other magazines, and highlighted landmarks associated with the stories. Now it is your turn – we would like you to continue our tradition and design a Christmas Card to be issued for Christmas 2020.
The winning entry and artist will be announced in the Summer edition of The Sherlock Holmes Journal and showcased on our website and social media. The winner will receive three years complimentary membership of the Society and a Society pen and notebook.
Send us your artwork/graphic design of a Sherlockian Christmas scene with an appropriate caption firstname.lastname@example.org 30 April 2020.
Entries can be in colour or black & white
Our preferred size for the printed card is 15.50cm x 11cm.
Images can be submitted as JPEG, TIFF or PDF files to the correct size or a larger size for scaling down.

File size up to 15mb
All entries must be original to the person submitting the entry and be the exclusive copyright and property of the person submitting the entry
No part of the artwork/graphic design submitted shall require consent to use from any third party
