Our fellow Sherlockians and Holmesians,

We were extremely disappointed when we had to make the decision to cancel Scintillation of Scions XIII due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After a few weeks of pouting, we came up with the idea of holding a virtual Scintillation and #SOSatHome was born. We are looking forward to having hundreds of our friends join us at 12 Noon Eastern (5.00pm British Summer Time) on Saturday, June 13, and we hope you will be one of them.

Registration is now open at https://www.scintillation.org/ and is free to all attendees! Those that always wanted to attend our event can do so from the comfort of their own home.

We please ask that you share our event details and/or the flyer with other Sherlockians that might be interested. Announce at your club meetings (virtual, we hope!), share in your newsletters or announcements, share on Facebook or tweet! Well, you get the idea.

When Jacquelynn Morris created A Scintillation of Scions back in 2007, she envisioned SOS as a Sherlockian family reunion. Sherlockians, generally, are one big family and with the recent events wouldn’t it be nice to get together? In just the short time since we opened registrations, we have friends from 27 states and 7 countries planning to attend.
