A photo, taken by Robert Graham in April 2006, of a mural for the Sherlock Holmes restaurant in Yerevan, Armenia. It is interesting in that it does not depict the usual Deerstalker. The restaurant, which has a rather American feel to it, has a Sherlockian themed menu and decor and is situated at 25 Marshall Baghramian Avenue, Yerevan near to the British Embassy.
Arthur Conan Doyle visited Canada three times in 1894, 1914 and finally in 1922. During his first visit in 1894 he was on a lecture tour on behalf of Cornhill Magazine where he toured Canada speaking on "Reminisces and early writings" which included some examples of Holmes deductive reasoning. His lecture in Toronto took place at the Massey Hall (pictured).
