The Royal Exchange
Sold in packs of 10
Founded on this site in the 16th century The Royal Exchange was Britain’s first specialist commercial building.
Traditionally, its steps are the place where certain royal proclamations are read by a Herald including confirmation of the next monarch’s accession to the throne.
Holmes would have known this view well – perhaps even spotting Hugh Boone in an alcove of The Bank of England on Threadneedle Street to the left of the photograph.
The cost includes postage and packing.
The Card measures 15.50cm x 11cm
