Abominable but desirable – and it could be yours!

August 21 @ 8:00 pm - August 28 @ 8:00 pm

On the 21st of August, at Volunteer Glasgow’s “it’s made a big difference” silent auction, they’ll be taking bids on an original BBC Sherlock shooting script for 2016’s ‘The Abominable Bride’ New Year’s special, signed by Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, kindly donated by Sue Vertue & Paul McGuigan.

It’s not very often you have a chance to access such a rare piece of contemporary memorabilia!

Emma Simpson, the Community Fundraising and Events Officer, says: “We would be delighted if some society members decided to put in a bid on this special item, and would be so grateful if you would share details of the online auction with your networks. Bids will be open until the 28th August, giving you time to scope out the competition and get your hands on this rare item.”

So – here you are! The full auction catalogue is online at http://bit.ly/2SX7DZ6.

You can see full details of the auction and how to submit your bids by visiting http://bit.ly/vgsilentauction/. Bidding will kick off at 8PM on Wednesday the 21st of August, with all items being sold through the volunteerglasgow eBay profile.

Please note that the auction will end on the 28th August, and not on the 13th September as previously announced.

Happy bidding, and good luck!
